Hi
I'm sure you've been asked many times about your exchange rate but I can't find the answer I'm looking for. You say that your exchange rate compares favorably with midi bank exchange rates plus margins, but can you do a comparison for me based on exchange rates for the day:
eg I have several US dollar cheques of around $250 dollars each. What would I actually get from you in GBP for a $250 dollar cheque and how does that figure compare with what I would actually get from the high street banks?
Many thanks and here's hoping I can do business with you! |

Hi there,
If you entered your US$250 today, we would give you £143.73 almost by return of post
144.93 - 1.20 fee = 143.73
If you sent it to your bank, you should get more just on the exchange, say about £148/£150 or so, less their fees of course, which can range from £10 upto over £20 for some banks, and they may not pay you for 4 weeks. _________________ Eddie |

Hi Eddie
Thanks for that. Very useful. What is the £1.20 charge for? Is it a charge for every cheque submitted to you or per batch? What would be the charge for direct payment into my bank account per cheque or batch of cheques submitted?
Many thanks again |
